This amenity rich Continuing Care Retirement Community is located on a 31.5 acre site in the Chicago suburb of Barrington, IL. Envisioned as a new neighborhood for the Village, the project provides much needed senior housing for this long established community. Within the beautifully treed park like setting the facility provides 26 upscale semi-detached villas, 258 luxury independent living apartments, 60 assisted living units and 60 skilled nursing beds. A 60 room Country Inn with banquet facilities serves the needs of residents and is a resource to the Village.
