Torti Callas and Partners assisted Tata Housing Development Company (THDC) to craft a “Best in Class” vision for the new Devanhalli Luxury Housing Community at Bangalore. THDC is a part of the TATA conglomerate and one of the most prominent residential developers in the Indian market. Working with an international team of subconsultants, Torti Gallas envisioned an iconic community set within a mature landscape, where residents enjoy world class amenities, a healthy and highly sustainable living environment, and an inextricably woven theme that integrates Urban Design, Architecture and Landscape Design, each executed to the finest International Standards.

The site’s strategic location takes advantage of the burgeoning growth corridor of North Bangalore with proposed IT Parks, large infrastructure projects and proximity to the newly opened BIAL airport.
