One of the newest multifamily communities in Celebration, the first phase of Delamarre by Kettler consists of 379 rental apartments with modern amenities including a rooftop sky lounge, a 2-story, 12,000 SF clubhouse with a resort-style saltwater pool, and parking for 60 cars. Two of the four u-shaped residential buildings form a large courtyard along Celebration Boulevard which is screened by a trellis structure and hedges.
