Julian Goldman is an Associate Principal in Torti Gallas’ Urban Block segment, focused on large scale projects with unique challenges and high expectations. His approach centers on problem solving, communication, and a commitment to delivering great outcomes for clients, residents, neighbors, and investors. Realizing a design vision is the process of translating a conceptual ideal into the real, physical environment. Curiosity about the thousands of details, people, and skills required by that endeavor have driven Mr. Goldman to become an expert in a variety of aspects of design and construction and to apply lived lessons to new projects. Collaborative by nature, he works with colleagues across disciplines in pursuit of ways to hone our craft for quality and efficiency.
Julian is involved from concept and entitlement through construction documents and construction, supervising teams and contributing to management and initiatives at the firmwide level. Project experience includes architecture and urban design work in multifamily mixed-use, office, and retail developments in concrete and stick-built applications.
Mr. Goldman holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the University of Maryland, and is a Registered Architect in the State of Maryland.
